Responsibilities:

Breezy Bend Country Club, a premier golf destination, is seeking dedicated Golf Course Maintenance Staff to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will play a vital role in maintaining the condition of our Golf Course and ensuring an exceptional experience for our members and guests. All training will be provided by the Assistant Superintendent or team leads.

• Perform routine course set up & maintenance tasks, including csu, mowing, trimming, and edging to maintain the overall appearance and playability of the Golf Course.
• Operate various equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and other specialized machinery in a safe manner.
• Daily bunker maintenance
• Sodding projects
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Flexibility to start early mornings.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions, rain or shine.
• Understanding of the physically demanding nature of the job.
• Availability for an average of 40 hours per week with flexibility and willingness for overtime when required.
• Weekend availability is a must.
• A fundamental understanding of the game of golf is considered an asset.

Salary: $15.30-$17.00 per hour
