Duties
As a Golf Simulator Remote Support, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to customers utilizing the Golf Simulator remotely. Your duties will include:
- Offering exceptional guest services to ensure a positive customer experience
- Providing outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Engaging in public speaking to provide instructions and guidance to customers
- Reaching out to existing customers to gather their experience.
- Reaching out to partners and suppliers if there are any issues during shipment.
- Replying to support request email or inquiries promptly.
- Gather customer data and enter into the Customer Support system.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, the following qualifications are required:
- Prior experience in guest services or a related field
- Proficiency in computers
- Experience and knowledge in golf and Golf Simulator is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer situations tactfully
- Excellent public speaking skills to effectively communicate instructions
