Grain Farm Equipment Operator/Farm Hand

Grainland Farms is seeking a qualified individual, who is looking for a career in Grain Farming. Our farm is seeking an honest, reliable individual who has a strong work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Duties Include:

• Involvement in seeding, harvesting, and spraying
• Operating a variety of Farm Equipment; sprayer experience is an asset
• Hauling grain
• Maintaining and repairing equipment
• Other general farm duties

Requirements:

• Class 1, or ability to obtain
• 3-5 years experience operating Farm Equipment
• Familiar with newer equipment features
• Available to work year-round with extended hours during peak seasons of seeding and harvest
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a team environment
