Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in finding products and answer any questions they may have
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management for restocking needs
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe shopping experience for customers
Skills:
- Cashiering: Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Technical Sales: Knowledge of technical products and ability to assist customers with their technology-related needs
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- POS (Point of Sale) Systems: Experience using POS systems to process transactions
- Bilingual/Multilingual: Proficiency in multiple languages to assist diverse customer base
- Phone Etiquette: Excellent phone communication skills when assisting customers over the phone
- Organizational: Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and orderly store environment
- Retail Sales: Previous experience in retail sales is a plus
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds
