Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Grocery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our grocery store. As the Grocery Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring efficient customer service, and maintaining inventory levels. Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise a team of grocery store employees

- Ensure excellent customer service by assisting customers and resolving any issues or complaints

- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and rotating products

- Implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability

- Monitor sales trends and adjust inventory levels accordingly

- Train and develop staff members on product knowledge and customer service skills

- Create work schedules and manage payroll for the grocery department

- Collaborate with other department managers to coordinate store-wide promotions and events

- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a grocery store management role

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in cash handling procedures

- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities

- Knowledge of budgeting and financial principles

- Experience in recruiting and hiring employees

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
