The Ranch Golf Club is a very busy golf course 5 minutes west of Anthony Henday on Hiway 16A. We are looking for grounds staff to work with our team to ensure the golf course is always in premiere condition.
We are looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the upkeep of our grounds, including mowing, trimming, and general landscaping. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and wants to help maintain a beautiful environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain lawns, gardens, and other outdoor areas.
- Operate lawn mowers, tractors, and other equipment.
- Perform basic landscaping tasks such as pruning, planting, and trimming.
- Inspect grounds for debris and remove it as needed.
- Check irrigation systems for proper operation.
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides to lawns and gardens.
- Maintain records of work performed.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
