As a Hardware Associate, you will assist customers with their hardware needs, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to the overall success of our store. Duties:
- Assist customers in finding the right hardware products for their needs
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure inventory is properly displayed
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash
-Basic computer skills is a must
- Knowledge of hardware products is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to meet customer needs promptly
