Head Server

```Duties:``` - Oversee and coordinate the activities of the serving staff - Train new servers on restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards - Ensure that all guests receive prompt, friendly, and efficient service - Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests - Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup - Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions - Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies ```Skills:``` - Food safety: Knowledge of proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices - Help: Willingness to assist team members and provide support as needed - Food industry: Familiarity with restaurant operations and industry standards - Bartending: Ability to mix and serve alcoholic beverages (if applicable) - Food preparation: Experience in preparing food items according to recipes or instructions - Food handling: Ability to safely handle and transport food items - Food service: Understanding of proper serving techniques and customer interaction - Restaurant: Knowledge of restaurant operations, including seating arrangements, table settings, etc. - Hospitality: Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
