RESPONSIBILITIES

• Helping guests navigate the menu
• Suggesting cocktail, wine and menu items
• Creating a memorable experience for the guests
• Answering phone calls, placing takeout orders
• Proper table maintenance and bussing/resetting tables
• Attention to proper cash handling when processing payment
• Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitizing, sweeping floors, washing dishes, washroom checks, general restaurant cleaning/maintenance
• Overseeing scheduling of the service team
• Ensuring service staff's performance meets expectations
• Overseeing completion of daily duties/checklists
