Health And Safety Manager (Local Residents Only)

Resolve Environmental Solutions is seeking a responsible, professional & reliable Health and Safety Manager to join our team. The successful candidate must reside in Fort St. John, BC or be willing to relocate to Fort St. John.

The ideal candidate will be able to strike a balance between providing field level support, coaching, training, and leadership while also being confident in developing and communicating policy and Safety systems.

Preference will be granted to those with a CSRP designation, experience in the oil and gas industry, and/or HSE management experience within the province of BC.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Maintaining and continuously improving Resolve’s Health and Safety program

· Ensure the communications regarding Health and Safety expectations are fully functional and transparent.

· Ensure that all staff and contractors receive a comprehensive orientation and are updated on changes in the Health and Safety management system.

· Aspire to maintain a zero-incident record.

· Lead investigations to completion. Share findings, initiate, and fulfill corrective actions.

· Prepare and conduct monthly safety meetings including safety meeting minutes.

· Maintain safety records as required by COR.

· Maintain Workhub training program.

· Maintain Salus safety platform.

· Maintain Compliance through ISN, Complyworks and Avetta.

· Prepare annual Audit Documentation.

· Conduct regular job inspections in the field.

· Track and report ESG statistics to the company and our clients.

Wage/ Salary will be dependent on the successful candidate's skills, knowledge, and experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $90,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
