**Job Title: Health Care Aide**
**Duties:**
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including personal care, hygiene, and grooming.
- Assist patient with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist in meal preparation and feeding for patient whom require assistance.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for patient, ensuring her comfort and well-being.
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in home care or caregiving is preferred.
- Knowledge of patient care techniques and practices.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required.
**Skills:**
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patient, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to providing care.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and schedules.
