Sales Representative Service In your City Health Care is a Toronto based Healthcare Service Agency that supplies RN, RPN, PSW's DSW's and other home support staff to hospitals , nursing homes, community and group homes, We are seeking 2 Sales Representative for either the York and Toronto location to be responsible for the sales process from prospecting to closing the sale. The ideal candidate will be able to build rapport with our customers and demonstrate their passion for helping our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting: cold calling
• Meet or exceed sales goals
• Meet or exceed sales targets by month/month
• Maintain a high level of customer service with all customers
• Develop and maintain customer relationships through outbound calls, emails, and other means
• Create Invoices for Facilities
• Follow up on accounts with potential customers to close the sale
• Add shifts in work app as they come.
• Track all sales in CRM system and update sales reports as needed.
• Help create a positive culture by following up with all customers, creating a positive relationship with your team members, supervisors, and leadership.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred) 2 years of experience in business development/sales preferred.
• Experience working with CRM database
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $31,000.00-$55,000.00 per year, plus commission
