Competitive Compensation: Salaries are skill-dependent, ranging from $25 to $30 per hour start.

Essential Skills: Prior experience in or on semi trucks is non-negotiable; applicants must be familiar with and have hands-on experience working on these vehicles.

BONUS POINTS for these Additional Skills: Mechanical skills, refinishing/bodywork experience, welding/fabrication, and a genuine love for Big Rigs are highly desirable.
