Heavy Equipment Operator

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our company as the Owner/President. As the Owner/President, you will be responsible for leading the overall strategic direction and growth of the company. This is a leadership role that requires strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to drive results.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Lead and manage all aspects of the organization, including operations, finance, sales, and marketing
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
- Provide leadership and guidance to the executive team and employees
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners
- Represent the company in industry events and conferences

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role
- Proven success in driving business growth and profitability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 – 60 per week

• Heavy Equipment Operator: 5 years (preferred)
