We are a growing Alberta based oilfield company that provides quality services and products to our clients. We are looking for a Heavy Equipment Technician/Mechanic to join our team and help us maintain and repair our fleet of equipment. You will be responsible for performing inspections, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on various types of Heavy Equipment. You will also ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A valid Heavy Equipment Technician certificate or equivalent
- A valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Heavy Equipment Technician in the oil and gas industry
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- A willingness to work in remote locations and under various weather conditions operating a service truck
- A commitment to safety and environmental protection. A Valid CSO, First Aid and H2S
Work Location: In person at the GP shop, various outdoor remote locations across BC, Alberta and Saskatchewan
