Host/Busser

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Busser. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a food service or hospitality setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to help others.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle cash transactions and process payments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold high standards of customer service at all times

Experience:
- Previous experience in food service, guest services, or customer service is preferred however not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication

Salary: $17.01 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
