JOB TITLE: HOUSE CLEANER
Reports to: Team Leader and Team Supervisor
MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:
The House Cleaner role completes cleaning tasks in residential and commercial spaces as outlined in the responsibilities below.
HOURS OF POSITION:
Part Time or Full Time
9:00 am to 5:00 pm - Monday to Friday, Occasional Saturdays if wanting extra work
SALARY: $21 to $24.50 per hour

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
- Has a cell phone
- Good physical condition in order to do a variety of physical work daily, including bending and being on a two step ladder.
- You must be bondable (a criminal record + check will be done)
- Highly reliable, flexible, trustworthy and responsible.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Fast- Learner and enjoys hands on work
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Listens to and takes direction from Team Leader
- Provide detailed quality cleaning experience to our clients
- Performs cleaning tasks outlined in our cleaning packages and looks for opportunities to fulfill the allotted time as scheduled per job
- Has a good working knowledge of HCAS Policies and Guidelines
- Reports and communicates with clients and team; responds to team chat and understands job notes before commencing work on below applications:
- Uses Email, Zen Maid, Trainual, WhatsApp and Mobile phone to engage with company and team members
- Cleaners must be able to have reliable transportation to travel within our service areas which include Chilliwack/ Agassiz/ Harrison Hot Springs
- Clocks in and out of Zen Maid for accurate tracking of work time
- Tracks hours correctly and sends daily to Payroll chat by end of work day
- Ensures job site is secured and locked up when leaving - alarm set and windows/ doors locked, lights off - client should be made aware when leaving
- Helps with tidying up caddies and making sure you have all materials for your work
- Weekly maintenance of vacuum: washing filters and cleaning thoroughly
- Attends team meeting
- Responsible for ensuring all supplies, equipment and materials are ready and working for the work day
- Work together as a team to make the best experience for our clients!
- In the absence of a team leader, the House Cleaner makes sure to let the client(s) know if needing extra time to complete tasks; or would like to arrive early or running late for a scheduled clean
