Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning tasks in residential settings
• Ability to manage your own schedule and workload.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the cleaning service.
• Follow all procedures and guidelines while performing cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential cleaning or a similar role is preferred but willing to train the right people.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames
• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
• Ability to adapt to different cleaning techniques and products as needed
• Must pass a background check
• Must have a smartphone
