- Community Support Assistant
- Maintenance Assistant

- Project Assistants ( for Residence life, Residence Admissions and the Projects and Performance team)

Responsibilities: As a Summer Student with Housing and Conference Services, you will have the opportunity to assist with various tasks related to residential living, event planning, administrative support, and facility management. Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting residents and guests with inquiries and requests
- Supporting residence life programs and initiatives
- Coordinating and facilitating events and activities
- Providing administrative support to various departments
- Assisting with maintenance and facility upkeep
- And other duties as assigned
Requirements: We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who possess the following qualities:
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Adaptability and willingness to learn
