With that in mind, the Administrative Assistant at Kyetech is responsible for responding to requests from their supervisor efficiently and with great attention to detail. This position will start at 30 hours a week (4 days a week) with the potential of more hours as you grow into the role.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Other duties may be assigned
1. Responding to and filing emails
2. Tracking employee task lists
3. Assisting in preparing payroll
4. Reviewing accounts receivable and sending out reminder emails
5. Collections
6. Assisting in processing service orders
7. Creating social media posts
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma at minimum
- Great attention to detail
- The ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Previous experience working on computers
- Security clearance
- Ability to work well with others as well as on your own
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to change
EXPERIENCE
- Administrative work: 1 year (preferred)
- Working in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines
