Here are just some of the responsibilities you'll have:
- Acting as a front-line agent to answer employees' and managers' questions about programs and policies.
- Participate in the onboarding process for new employees (contract management, file creation, background checks, program registrations, etc.).
- Support HR initiatives and contribute to the creation and administration of programs within the company.
- Administration of HR-related information systems
- Participate in initiatives to ensure process compliance.
- Monitor internal HR documentation to ensure it is relevant and up to date.
