As our HR Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

Department Development: Spearheading the creation and refinement of HR processes and policies.

Documentation Mastery: Diligently documenting HR procedures, policies, and systems, ensuring clarity and compliance.

Adaptive Recruitment: Managing dynamic recruitment needs, adapting strategies to meet the evolving demands of the business.

Change Management: Being an agent of change, facilitating smooth transitions as the company grows and evolves.

Employee Engagement and Relations: Building strong relationships with employees, addressing their needs and concerns proactively.

Training and Onboarding: Developing and implementing effective onboarding and training programs.

Continuous Improvement: Regularly reviewing and improving HR practices to align with the company's growth and changes.
