Job Description: The Business Associate supports the development and deployment of the AIMS project, focusing on facilitating the implementation of change initiatives; they'll enhance and support knowledge management documentation, training initiatives, change management processes, business continuity and recovery planning, data management, and reporting. The BA help plan, develop and implement workforce management strategies and solutions including process reviews to assess and to address scheduling services through discussions with internal and external parties.

Experience
Experience in Human Resources administration would be a definite asset.

Ability to ensure effective use of resources
Ability to ensure establishment of appropriate standards, policies and practices
Ability to maintain a focus on quality and safety in all services
Ability to make quick and accurate day to day decisions.
Ability to plan, prioritize and oversee numerous concurrent projects effectively

Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Access)
An ability to lead change within the areas of responsibility and across portfolios.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Project management skills
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
