SalaryReporting to the HR Director, Business Partnering, Talent & OD. we’re looking for a Human Resources Intern to support all HR fundamentals processes for Summer 2024. You will have the opportunity to work with different stakeholders, manage your own HR projects and learn best HR practices within a high performing organization.
More specifically:
- Transversal HR activities – Support transversal HR topic for the Marketing & Sales function, such as Talent Management, Employee Lifecycle & Learning processes.
- HR Delivery Excellence – Learn HR systems and manage changes of employee lifecycle within the systems.
- Culture Driver – Support implementation of actions that will contribute to Danone’s purposeful, inclusive and empowered culture.

About you- Actively enrolled as a student at a Canadian University in a Human Resources field
- Demonstrated proactivity and taking initiative in a leadership context.
- Learns quickly when facing new problems and able to bring their ideas of continuous improvement to our current processes and ways of working.
- Strength in forming relationships with peers and colleagues and enjoys collaborating on a variety of projects.
- Makes sure that preserve confidentiality is a none-negotiable within his scope of work
