Job Description: Working with Sub - Zero, you are the front-line staff, providing customer service, scooping Ice Cream, and handling cash for the organization. You are also responsible for the inventory, cleanliness, and appearance of the premises.
Job Duties:
- Provide efficient and friendly customer service
- Scoop Ice Cream with care
- Provide product knowledge, having the ability to explain specific product details
- Prepare orders correctly & within company guidelines
- Total orders, accept & process payments (both cash, debit/credit), and provide correct change
- Restock Ice Cream and supplies as necessary
- Follow all Policies, procedures, and guidance regarding Organizational Health and Safety as set out by Sub - Zero Ice Cream and also Food safe guidelines and regulations set out by the province of British Columbia.
- Other duties as assigned

Salary: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
