The purpose of this position is to manage and coordinate all assigned Projects from Job Startup to Project Closeout.
As a project Manager you are required to: Attend meetings to review all projects, discuss budget, manpower, closeouts and scheduled work. Oversee submittal process, invoicing, change directives and calculate change orders. Create schedules and ensure all parties are adhering to the schedules.
This position is performed in both a normal office environmentand in a construction environment both indoors and out.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
The minimum level of education, experience, and certifications required to perform the job.
1. Certified Professional Engineer from a recognized educational institute.
2. Minimum of 5 years of related experience preferably in the Construction Industry.
This position has the authority to represent the company both verbally and in writing with respect to the Projects assigned.
This position has supervisory responsibilities to:
a. Administrative Assistant
b. Project Coordinator
c. Site Superintendent

8. Able to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top-Secret Clearance as required.

Salary: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
