Job Description
We're looking for a Bilingual Customer Service & sales agent to join our small team. This is an inbound call center, 100% from the comfort of your home. You'll never be asked to come into the office, even for training. No outbound calls!
We will provide a laptop, but you must have a second monitor, a quiet, secure space to work and a stable internet connection.
Even if you don't have previous call center experience, we will train and set clear expectations for the role. Looking for reliable employees with a positive attitude, the rest can be taught.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic working knowledge of computers and basic applications
- Able to navigate through multiple tabs, applications and work across 2 screens
- Able to speak and understand French (no reading or writing required)
- Former contact center experience not required
- Great communication, written and verbal
- Attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Inbound sales and Customer Service calls
- Email and online chat application
- Tele-conferencing services support
- Keeping yourself organized and being able to prioritize tasks

Hours of work
- Work hours 13:00-21:00 EST
- 8 hour shift, evenings, holiday and $16.00/hour
Salary: $16.00 per hour
