Insurance Agent Job Responsibilities:
- Provides service to clients changing insurance needs by selling life, health, critical illness, disability insurance, travel insurance, group insurance, and investments.
- Establishes productive working relationships with clients.
- Develops a base for long-term sources of clients.
- Compiles lists of prospects.
- Determines clients’ particular needs and financial situations by scheduling fact-finding appointments and determining the extent of present coverage and investments.
- Ascertains clients’ long-term goals.
- Develop coordinated protection plans by calculating and quoting rates for immediate coverage action and long-term strategy implementation.
- Communicates with underwriters and adjusters.
- Obtains underwriting approval by completing an application for coverage.
- Completes coverage by delivering the policy, planning future follow-up visits, and evaluating needs.
- Provides continuing service by providing direct deposit forms, processing beneficiary changes, and analyzing policy loan applications.
- Participates in educational opportunities, personal networks, and professional organizations to keep job knowledge up to date.
- Enhances the reputation of the insurance agency by accepting ownership of accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- To continuously obtain and maintain education and skills in the adaptive insurance field and product knowledge.

Salary: 100% commissions only; highly competitive compensation to be discussed
Offer: After passing the HLLQP exam and joining the team for three months, 100% of the course fees are refundable.
