```Duties```
- Provide insurance consulting services to clients, helping them understand their insurance needs and recommending appropriate coverage options
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance requirements and analyze their existing policies
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and secure coverage for clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings
- Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, explaining coverage details and pricing options
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and claims on behalf of clients
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
```Experience```
- Previous experience in sales administration or outside sales is preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets or goals
- Familiarity with various insurance products and the ability to effectively market them to clients
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
