Insurance Agent

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through outside sales efforts

- Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Assist clients in selecting insurance policies that best fit their individual needs

- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns

- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and expand client base

- Administer sales processes, including preparing quotes, processing applications, and managing policy renewals

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team success

Requirements:

- Coachable

- Willing to do outbound calling

- Ability to work in team environment

- Familiarity with insurance products and industry regulations is a plus

Salary: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
