Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Marketing & Sales Intern.
What you’ll do:
Marketing & Sales is seeking an intern to assist with development of market information, product development initiatives and marketing collateral. The intern may assist with literature fulfillment, coordination of direct marketing campaigns, and management of customer contact databases.
The intern prepares information required for market product introduction materials, bulletins, competitive matrix charts and other related literature. The intern is tasked with uploading product content for ecommerce, reviewing retail product cards and updating the series with new products. The intern will also work closely with Customer Service and assist in entering orders, researching customer claims and ensuring data integrity.
Essential functions:
- Process marketing material requests in US literature fulfillment site
- Ship marketing materials from Mississauga WH to customers/agents
- E-com – uploading product content
- Updating customer contact list: purchasing/marketing/GM
- Review retail product cards and update series w/new products
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Actively enrolled in classes at a college or university (Business, Analytics and Marketing communication)
- Relocation is not provided for this role, the candidate must be located within 80 km of Mississauga, ON
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship

- Technology/systems/PC-masters a proficient knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc., willingness to learn/use new software/programs to enhance work capabilities.
