I'm assisting one of our clients in the distribution sector in its search for a Store Procurement Supervisor.
Reporting to the Senior Store Procurement Manager, the Store Procurement Supervisor coordinates
store procurement activities, while ensuring inventory integrity and budget tracking.
Your responsibilities :
Coordinate the daily tasks of the team;
Manage the inventory of supplies for the stores
Track and maintain inventory, and import all stock received into SAP;
Manage minimum and maximum inventory levels on SAP, and adjust information in the system
system;
Support the receipt of computer and stores equipment at DC, perform inspections
inspections and report damaged boxes;
Monitor stores consumption on critical and expensive items;
Create ''free purchase orders'' in SAP to receive inventory, then confirm and close
confirm and close purchase orders in SAP;
Adjust information in the system for any defective equipment;
Coordinate with warehouse team to arrange inventory;
Place orders according to priority and ensure that all orders received are processed on time, then

Plan production orders for new store kits according to installation dates to ensure they are ready to ship on time;
Compare expenses to budget, analyze variances and send to senior manager;
Update and analyze daily and weekly files.
- Bachelor's degree in administration, supply chain, operations management,
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar position;
- Ability to give clear instructions and manage a team;
- Ability to coordinate several activities at the same time;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Good negotiating skills with suppliers;
- Analytical, organized and detail-oriented;
- Good knowledge of Office suite, Excel Intermediate;
- Knowledge of SAP (an asset);
Working hours: 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, possibility of overtime.
PROCESS: Initial interview with Anissa El Farh, Fed Supply Recruitment Consultant - followed by an interview with the company's Human Resources Manager and the Position Manager.
