Overview:
Pembina Pipeline Corporation’s Calgary office is recruiting for Director, IS Infrastructure, End User & Building Services to join the Information Services Unit.  This position reports to the Vice President, Information Services, part of Pembina’s Corporate Service’s Division.
The Information Services Unit has responsibility to manage and maintain the company's infrastructure, providing technical support, ensuring data security and accessibility, implement new technology, strategize for future development, manage vendors, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The Director, IS Infrastructure, End User & Building Services provides strategic direction, leadership, and subject matter expertise across IS Infrastructure, Network, Database, End User and Building Services teams creating and managing differentiated services to our stakeholders. The Director, IS Infrastructure, End User & Building Services delivers high quality, innovative, cost effective and reliable IS Operations and Building Services in support of corporate business units across all locations.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

-Ensure that Pembina has the appropriate processes, technology, and talent available to drive ongoing success and support Pembina’s core business;
-Deliver Information Systems/Operational Technology (IS/OT) strategic and operational solutions to achieve business goals by fostering innovation, prioritizing initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future systems across the organization;
-Responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance disaster recovery policies and procedures for the technology infrastructure and operations services that align with the business continuity program when available;
-Working along side other Information Services Unit Directors to ensure that security practices and procedures are executed in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, and meet or exceed industry standards and best practices;
-Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and systems;
-Contribute to the development and execution of the corporate strategy and act as a key interface with internal and external stakeholders;
-Enhance IT Service Management practices, identify areas for business process improvement, and manage the associated cultural shift through effective change management and communication within Pembina;
-Engage team members by providing coaching and development, and lead effectively to achieve business results by setting goals and enhancing organizational capabilities; 
-Foster a customer-focused culture within the End User and Building Services teams, emphasizing the importance of providing prompt, courteous, and effective service to all users;
-Oversee the management and maintenance of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems; and
-Participate and support an equitable, diverse, and inclusive workplace.
Qualifications:
-Experience leading large, diverse teams;
-Proven ability to connect operational execution to organizational strategy;
-Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
-10+ years of experience managing Infrastructure and End User services;
-5+ years of experience managing a hybrid Infrastructure environment (Data Center & Cloud), DevOps experience is a must;
-Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing high-quality support to end users;
-Proven experience in vendor management, including the ability to negotiate and manage contracts, build strong relationships with key vendors, and effectively handle vendor performance issues;
-Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure;
-Experience with budget management and resource allocation;
-Experience with IT service management and ITIL frameworks;
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; and
-Experience in change management, influence and partnering with business stakeholders.
