It Manager

General Accountability:
We are seeking a highly motivated, forward-thinking IT Manager to lead our information technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service, supervisory skills, and technical abilities, with a focus on leveraging IT solutions to automate and streamline processes with our locations aligned with business objectives and goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

ERP Implementation:

• Led the completion of the ERP implementation, ensuring seamless integration into our manufacturing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and customize ERP features for maximum efficiency.

Microsoft Suite Expertise:

• Utilize deep knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to assist end-users in optimizing their productivity and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft Office application issues, ensuring seamless usage and compatibility.

Automation and Streamlining:

• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline business processes using IT solutions. Work closely with department heads to understand their needs and implement solutions that enhance overall productivity.

Infrastructure Management

· Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems.

· Ensure the reliability and security of the company's technological environment.

Supervision and leadership & budget oversight:

• Manage and lead the IT team, providing guidance and support in their daily activities. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting continuous improvement and skill development.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, optimizing resources for maximum efficiency.

Cybersecurity:

• Develop and implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect company assets and sensitive information.
• Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity threats and trends.

Vendor management:

• Liaise with contracted IT groups, including firewall/network support and Microsoft Azure specialists.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with external vendors to address technical issues promptly.

Technical expertise:

• Demonstrate strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Odoo ERP, and contacts management. Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their potential for integration into our business processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in IT leadership roles, with a track record of successful strategic planning and execution.
• Microsoft IT Certifications (preferred).
• Other relevant IT certifications (preferred).
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and emerging IT trends.
• Strong background in business processes.
• Proven experience in Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Odoo ERP, and Contacts Management.
• Profound knowledge of Active Directory user and group management.
• Prior experience in desktop support and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
