JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties:
- Reporting to the Technology Project Controls, QA and Support Manager, advises Project
Management Guidelines for Technology Projects.
- Oversees delivery of Technology projects, ensures compliance with the delivery framework,
- Advises Project Managers in tailoring of the delivery framework, verifies the project readiness for
- Reviews project management deliverables such as business cases, project and change requests
- Interfaces with external delivery organization’s Project Management Offices (System Integrators
- Participates in the creation and delivery of the Annual Quality Assurance Plan. Conducts project
- Accountable for development of Executive level Project Delivery reporting.
- Contributes to the advancement of the delivery framework, development or enhancement of
- Provides advanced scheduling and estimating guidance to the Project Managers and ensures
- Participates in the creation and delivery of internal PM community meetings/conferences to keep
Delivery.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of Project Management experience.
- A degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent.
- Proven experience in delivering complex technology-enabled business projects.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Experience in managing system integrators and service providers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to act decisively in critical situations and to
- Understanding of various Project Management methodologies and proven ability to effectively
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of Primavera P6 is an asset.

Flexible work model role definitions
===========================
Our four role types identify the degree of flexibility an employee could have to work from home
based on the type of work they do. The flexibility for an individual job is up to the manager for
each position and the operational requirements. Employees also have the right to work full-time
from the office if they prefer. All of our roles require at least some in-person time.
IBEW/Field – No option to work from home
Resident – Works primarily (4+ days per week) in the office.
Hybrid – May be able to work from home up to 3 days per week.
Remote – Works from home 4+ days per week
