Bilingual It Project Manager

Adecco is currently seeking an experienced Bilingual IT Project Manager to join our clients team for a 1-year Contract role in Vancouver, BC. The successful candidate will translate Rio Tinto's strategy into technology potential, manage IS&T service performance, and drive operational cost improvements.

• Pay rate: $60-$65/hour.

• Location: Vancouver, BC

• Shifts: Monday-Friday

• Job type: Full-time |1-year contract with possibility of extension

Responsibilities:

• Translate Rio Tinto's strategy into technology potential.

• Facilitate communication of the IS&T service catalog to the business.

• Partner with internal stakeholders and IS&T service providers.

• Measure IS&T service performance and negotiate SLAs.

• Support risk identification and mitigation for IS&T assets.

• Provide advice on IS&T cost control and drive cost improvement initiatives.

• Create and maintain operations action plans.

• Help build and manage the portfolio of IS&T projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum eight years of IT service management experience.

• Bilingual in both French and English

• University degree in an IT-related field.

• Management experience in business transformation, optimization, and relevant areas.

• Excellent communication and engagement skills.

• Ability to challenge service levels and support business goals.

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
