The Opportunity:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team and run the production of our Whistler painting projects.
As Project Manager for Performance Painting, you will coordinate multiple projects at a time. You will work closely with the company president, our PM assistant/delivery driver, and our crew leads, to deliver exceptional service and become an integral component of our progressive team.

Compensation for the role is negotiable, depending on your current experience in management and painting. A relocation bonus is available for out of town applicants, and a significant performance bonus is also available if certain targets are met.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate resources for all projects, including crew leads, painters, machines, etc.
- Plan, organize and guide all projects from pre-start to finish
- Ensure a safe work environment on all sites
- Provide progress reports to owner and clients as required
- Create project methodology and target programs for larger jobs
- Prepare close-out packages and complete post project analysis
- Assist GM with estimating and hiring when time permits
Qualifications and Skill Requirements:
- At least 2 Years Experience in construction-related management
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- Experience running large exterior and interior repaint or new construction painting projects, or in lieu of that, running medium to large scale building construction or renovation projects
- Highly competent with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets & Docs
- Effective people management skills
- Punctual and accountable
- Ability to handle high pressure situations
- Relevant Bachelor's degree is a plus
- 3 work references and 1 personal reference
