As an IT Risk/Vulnerability & DevOps Lead, you will be a member of the DevOps/Environments and Compliance team responsible for the co-ordination and resolutions of all IT Risk and Compliance Vulnerabilities within Risk IT, working with Infrastructure, DevOps, and Application teams in a timely manner. The incumbent will be responsible for all IT Risk/Vulnerability reports to upper management.

What will you do?
- Work as an important and inclusive member of DevOps/Environments & Compliance team.
- Work in a closely-knit team consisting of core members such as Team Lead, DevOps Engineers, Environment Analysts, and Compliance Analysts
- Develop automation and infrastructure as code to improve operational consistency and efficiency.
- Install and Troubleshoot DevOps and Environments Application Components.
- Provision or Decommission servers and all its Infrastructure and DevOps components.
- Maintain and resolve security compliance vulnerability issues for all the Risk IT environment.
- Maintain and support our teams existing Compliance Web Portal.
- Maintain and support the teams Infrastructure of the DevOps Insight Monitoring Software.
- Debug and solve customer escalations from our internal Support team.
- Contribute features that make the platform more self-service; improve diagnostics collection and reporting capabilities for the product.
- Collaborate in a cross-functional team with leaders from Operations, Product and Security
- Work with the Cloud Adoption and Support teams to ensure efficient service delivery and function as an escalation point for incidents.
- Support implementation of DevOps practices and tools and review / write code in either Python, Java, or shell scripting to support business needs and requirements.
- Create and documentation code snippets for different languages that being supported by DevOps pipeline to help developers interacting and integrating with the pipeline.
- Learn new programing languages and technologies to help Risk IT developers and team members solve issues.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- 3+ years of application development and support experience with vulnerability management issues resolution.
- Experience using DevOps technologies such as GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, UCD, Jira, Confluence, Nexus, Nexus IQ, SonarQube, Checkmarx, Artifactory.
- Experience using Environments technologies such as Hadoop/Spark, Virtual Servers, SQL, Oracle, DB2, Storage SAN/NAS, Windows 2019,Red Hat v7-9.
- Must be proficient in working in Excel and be able to translate data for readable PowerPoint reports for upper management.
- Experience writing scripts to automate operational tasks (e.g., Shell, Ansible, Python).
- Excellent communication skills, have a desire to learn and enjoys working in a team environment and must have Pro-Active thinking
Nice-to-have
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with AI-Assisted Chat platforms. (OpenAI, ChatGPT, etc.)
- Working with Scheduler Tools (Stonebranch, Autosys)
- Experience with middleware technologies such as MQ, REST API's, Tomcat, Jboss
- Experience with Kubernetes and/or OpenShift Container Platform
- Technical documentation experience
