IT Support Technician
Diversified Transportation is currently looking for an IT Support Technician to join our team of IT professionals. In this role, you will work in a mix of office, field, and shop environments, supporting the office staff, mechanics, and drivers. You will also support the different locations where our buses operate, including our clients’ sites, thus involving long drives in all weather conditions. You will ensure that all buses have a fully functioning radio, GPS, and Wi-Fi. You will use a ticketing system to track incidents or requests. The User Support Technician must comply with all safety rules within the company and on client’s sites while performing regular duties.
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Microsoft Windows OS, IOS and Android
- Microsoft Office 365 desktop applications
- Computing, networking, and printing hardware
- Must have a valid class 5 driver’s license with clean abstract
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced
- Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions
- Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
- Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
- Provide business systems, network and internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
- Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of hardware and software
Years of Experience:
- Entry level, 1 year to less than 2 years
Education Requirements:
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Salary: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
