Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with expertise in software quality assurance testing and proficiency in various automation tools and techniques. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in functional testing, excellent automation testing skills, and the ability to take ownership of tasks independently while ensuring timely completion.
Responsibilities:
Perform software quality assurance testing using automation tools and frameworks.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and timely delivery of high-quality software products.
Take ownership of testing tasks and track closure to meet project deadlines.
Participate in Agile methodology practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
Requirements:
6+ years of hands-on QA experience.
Practical experience with Automation (DevOps) testing and coding skills.
Very strong programming experience in languages like JavaScript.
Practical automation frameworks experience in WebdriverIO, Gherkins-Cucumber (BDD), and Selenium.
Practical knowledge of at least one automation tool (e.g., Cypress, Playwright).
Good test case creation ability.
Practical experience with Agile Methodology.
Team player with effective communication skills for global team collaboration.
Self-motivated and a problem solver.
Skills Desired:
Working knowledge of Unix/Shell Scripting and DevOps experience in CI/CD.
Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and tools, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar, for test automation and data analysis.
Education:
Minimum BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MCA.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50.00-$55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
