- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company
- Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents
- Generate financial reports and statements as needed
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

- Proficiency in computerized accounting systems (QuickBooks)
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Previous experience in an administrative or bookkeeping role preferred
- Familiarity with databases and office software applications
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills for managing financial records and documents
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret financial data
