Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sourcing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analysis working contracts
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry and materials sourcing preferred
