In this role, you will perform a variety of engineering tasks by applying standard engineering techniques and analyses within a discipline, which may involve CAE (computer aided engineering)/CAD (computer aided design), VISSIM, SYNCHRO, Transmodeler and other Traffic Engineering related applications.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as Traffic Engineer for Traffic Engineering and design projects
- Perform traffic analyses and crash analyses for provincial Ministries of Transportation and municipal agencies
- Perform signal design and signal timing
- Support design-build projects as needed
- Work on signing and pavement marking design Support Maintenance of Traffic design
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field) and 2+ years of related work experience.
Engineer in Training (EIT) registration with provincial engineering regulatory body is preferred.
Working knowledge of CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering.
