What is the opportunity?
In this position you will act as the first point of contact for the head office executive floor reception desk, representing and promoting the RBC Insurance brand. You will provide general administrative and clerical support.
What will you do?
• Manage day to day premise requests and support data collection, as required
• Validate premise space and submit changes to our Corporate Real Estate team, ensuring accuracy of floor plans
• Maintain and update floor plans, meeting room signage
• Key contact to support printers (moves, removals, onsite contact for 3rd party service repairs, etc.)
• Member of the Health & Safety Committee (take part in evacuation drills, floor inspections, etc.)

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Knowledge of Concur, Connect and myMarketPlace applications an asset
Special Conditions
Please note the successful candidate will be required to work in the office Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00 to 4:00.
