Job description
Overall day to day running of the Kitchen operations, ordering supplies, preparing food for service, maintaining a high level of food quality.
Prepare all Italian and Portuguese Dishes / Open and Close
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of cuisine for daily menu
- Responsible for supervising / overseeing all food operations
- Maintain a hands-on approach to cooking "on the line" as well as training and developing kitchen staff on a daily basis..
- Comply with all regulatory health and safety codes, working towards creating a strong work place health and safety environment
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Food Industry
- Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills
- Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
- Must be able to speak English, Work Well under Pressure , Work Well as a Team
