Labourer For Store Stock Yard

J&D Penner is a leader in Winnipeg landscaping. Through our Yard Décor Store we offer guidance and support to home owners in their projects as well as work with contractors in providing supplies for their own operations. We are looking to build our yard support crew for our store and are searching for individuals who are eager to learn and support our customers with patience, enthusiasm and kindness.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to communicate and work with our Store Sales Associates and fellow Yard Crew members to ensure customer needs are met
• Must be able to take direction from the Store Manager to ensure the needs of the Store and Yard are looked after. This will include but is not limited to ongoing yard projects, sorting and packing goods by machine and by hand, weighing materials, wrapping materials, maintaining a clean and organized space, ect.
• Must be able and willing to build and load customer orders safely and efficiently
• Must be able to handle heavy loads safely and comfortably (weight handling up to 100lbs)
• Provide their own steel-toed or composite boots

*Experience operating a Zoom Boom would be considered an asset*

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Salary: From $17.00 per hour
