We host regular staff meetings and monthly staff BBQ's where we get a chance to know each other and truly work as a team. If you are reading this, you could be a part of it!
Employee Testimony: "Alpine Vista always went the extra mile to take care of me not only in the work environment but outside of work as well, making sure my car stayed on the road, giving me time to visit family ... I’ll always be proud to be a part of the Alpine Vista family." ~ Tim
Company description: We are a landscape company that believes in giving hope to others by giving our clients weekends free from landscape work (Give Hope, Get Your Weekends). We give hope by donating 10% of our profits to an over-seas NGO as well as reinvesting time and money into the well fare of our staff though a safe work environment and leadership training.
About the Job: This job will primarily consist of completing landscape projects of various sizes. This entails extensive use of wheel barrels and shovels to move materials as well as precision instruments to insure quality of the project. This is a very physically demanding position. The expectation is a safe, quality, and fast product for the customer. You also may be required to drive the company trucks to client homes. The expectations for this are also for you to be safe and diligent. On some days you may also be required to perform other yard maintaining activities such as, but limited to; weeding, hedge trimming (using a gasoline engine trimmer), tree pruning (using a ladder and/or a pole-shear), leaf and grass raking, planting (trees and small plants), hard or softscaping, or operating heavy equipment such as a bob-cat or hydraulic lift trailer.
You will be an essential part of the AVL team and can expect a safe and growth-focused work environment. We host weekly tail-gate meeting as well as a monthly BBQ’s where we will get to celebrate the month’s work together and enjoy one another’s company.
