Lead Consultant SuccessFactors Employee Central
Reporting to the SuccessFactors Solution and Technical Leads, this role is to lead the core HR processes and data model for the new HRIS (Employee Central) for the successful migration from multiple sources onto the new platform. Planning and executing customer workshops with the relevant functional and technical consultants. Ensuring Change, Training and Test Managers are receiving relevant updates to communicate, test and train on the new process. Working in close collaboration with customer to ensure requirements are fulfilled, tested and deployed.
- 6-8 years' experience in SAP Payroll and Employee Central Payroll.
- Minimum 1 implementation end to end on Payroll preferably on Canadian country versions.
- Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll Certifications required.
- Experience Configuring and implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.
- Well-versed in solution design and review aligned with best practices.
- Able to define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis.
- Fluent in French.
