Role Overview:

Seeking an expert Lead Product Consultant/Business Analyst with a deep technical skills in Guidewire PolicyCenter along with Functional Business Scorecard and Business Services. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is preferred and the candidate should Perform research for very high complexity items and Elicits requirements for very high complexity features. Should be a guide in supporting development and delivery

What You'll Do:

  • Performs impact analysis for proposed changes and incidents impacting systems and business processes and supports identification of interim procedures if required.
  • Researches and articulates expected behavior to customers peers and partners to facilitate incident management feature development and process changes.
  • Creates and maintains reference materials communication content product specifications business rules business process diagrams and similar artifacts.
  • Plans for leads, performs adhoc and structured testing activities as needed to support feature development incident resolution business inquiries and deployment activities.
  • Performs operational activities for business owned system functionality such as VIN table updates rate changes agent transfer processing.
  • Performs very high complexity data extracts and data analysis.
  • Acts as SME to support business activities as needed.
  • Acts as customer representing assigned systems Knowledge of common integrations with Policy and Claims administration system.
  • May craft and support creation of user stories.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • As a Lead Product Consultant/Business Analyst you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation and customization of Guidewire PolicyCenter.
  • Possesses deep technical knowledge of multiple aspects of assigned applications and broad technical knowledge of other aspects including overall system landscape interfacing applications and functional capabilities.
  • You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather requirements design solutions and deliver high-quality products.
  • Additionally you will provide technical leadership mentorship and training to junior team members.
  • Performs research for very high complexity items Elicits requirements for very high complexity features Supports development and delivery of features fixes and releases.
  • Guidewire Certification is preferred.
  • Communicates status and details of items to relevant customers.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Toronto, ON. Canada.
