- Educate and promote customers about Epico Forest Forest Products and Services.
- Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers.
- Converting sales leads to complete sales transaction.
- Achieve individual sales targets to support overall department and organizational goals.
- Inform existing and potential customers about special offers.
- Resolves customer complaints in a timely and professional manner by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Manage and post on social media platforms to generate leads and interest in customers. Be able to use and navigate Facebook marketplace, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Tik Tok and any other social media platform promoting sales.
- Develop new business relationships by following up with regular proactive contact.
- Devote time in understanding competitor market trend and product price variance, provide analysis report to management for any changes as recommended.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to the customers by using the right methods/tools.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Ensuring the requirements of each project are successfully executed by the installation team.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Clean and Organize store. Lift heavy boxes to ensure proper organization of the store.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analyses.
- Complete all other duties as assigned by the Sales Store Manager.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Communicating with customers through various channels phone, email, chat and social media.
- Maintain customer relationship and prospect for future clients in means of follow ups.
- Overall have the drive to grow within the sales field through excellent customer service and have the passion to learn and earn.
